Delivery and payment

I. PAYMENT
1. The goods offered by IOW Bulgaria and published on the Online Store are priced in euro (EUR). The prices are final and include VAT, as well as all other taxes and fees provided for in the current Bulgarian legislation.
2. Payment of the Price is a necessary condition for the transfer of ownership of the Goods to the Buyer.
3. The Buyer has the right to choose from the following payment methods, the choice being made when placing the order:
- Cash on delivery (cash on delivery). Payment by cash on delivery is made in euro, directly to the courier/postal operator upon receipt of the goods;
- via VPOS;
- bank transfer.
4. The above payment methods may be limited at any time by IOW Bulgaria.
5. Payments with electronic money transactions and payment cards are made according to the Buyer's choice through the intermediary of authorized services. Payment is made These conditions should be verified when choosing the DSK platform. with a personal credit/debit card or a card issued by VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD
6. The Buyer agrees that IOW Bulgaria has the right to accept advance payment for the concluded contracts for the purchase and sale of Goods and their delivery.
7. In the event that the value of the order is equal to or exceeds 10,000 BGN, payment is made only by transfer or deposit to the payment account of IOW Bulgaria.

II. DELIVERY TERMS
1. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by a courier service of the Buyer's preference. The choice is made before finalizing the order.
2. IOW Bulgaria has the right to make partial deliveries and/or to be released from its delivery obligation in the event that the stock of the relevant Goods is not sufficient to satisfy the needs of all Buyers, of which the Buyer will be notified in advance.
3. Deliveries are made within a period of time, according to the existing internal delivery plan of IOW Bulgaria and the courier selected by the Buyer. The Goods are transferred by IOW Bulgaria to a courier selected by the Buyer within 2 working days from the date of finalization of the order. The period may be extended in the event that the Goods are not available, of which the Buyer will be expressly notified.
4. The specific delivery period depends on the conditions of the courier selected by the Buyer. If necessary and upon explicit request by the Customer, IOW Bulgaria sends data on the waybill to the Customer.
5. The price of the Goods announced in the online store does not include postal and transport costs for delivery. The value of postal or transport costs is not determined by IOW Bulgaria, but by the tariff of the courier selected by the Buyer, and is provided as information to the Buyer when selecting the goods for concluding the purchase and sale contract and before finalizing the order only if possible by IOW Bulgaria.
6. The Buyer undertakes to provide possible assistance to IOW Bulgaria and the courier in connection with the delivery, as well as to notify it of circumstances that may make delivery difficult.
7. Delivery of products is possible only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
8. The Buyer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and their handover by a courier/postal operator and if they do not meet the requirements, to notify IOW Bulgaria immediately.
9. The Goods are delivered in quality and packaging, as agreed below and in accordance with customary commercial practice. In the case of sale by sample or test, the characteristics of the sample or test are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise agreed, IOW Bulgaria delivers the Goods to the Buyer in its own packaging materials.
