  • How do I create an account and gain access to the portal?
    You can create an account through a quick registration on the portal. You do not need to be a company – registration is available to both individuals and company.

  • Who can receive account ?
    Everyone can create an account and use the functionalities on the portal without in advance approval.

  • Are the prices individual shown to my profile?
    Yes, in the portal you see the current prices applicable​ for Your profile and commercial conditions.

  • Are prices shown with or without VAT?
    Prices are visualized as excluding VAT and including VAT, for full transparency at order.

  • Why do some products have no price (catalog item)?
    Some items are catalog and​ offered at specific conditions. For them additional clarification is necessary to receive most accurate offer.

  • How do I check the availability of an item and is it up-to-date?
    The availability in the portal are current and are renew regularly, so that reflect the real warehouse quantities. If an item becomes out of stock during an order, you will be notified immediately.

  • Can I order a product that is not available or I can't find it on the portal?
    Yes, if there is a lack of availability or if you cannot find a product, a request for additional delivery or an alternative can be made.

  • How do I place an order through the portal?
    You select the desired items, add them to the cart and submit the order directly through the portal. You will receive confirmation of the processing.

  • What does partial delivery mean?
    Partial delivery means that your order is split and arrives in multiple parts instead of one shipment.

If you order multiple items, but some of them are not currently available, we may ship the available items immediately and the remaining items later when they are in stock. This way, you can receive some of your products as quickly as possible.


  • What are the options for delivery?
    We offer delivery by courier, as well as the option of receiving your order from a warehouse. If necessary, transport can also be arranged by arrangement.
